What Makes Our Golden Gin Different
Before the First Pour
Long afternoons in Marrakech. Warm stone beneath the sun. Orange blossom carried on the breeze. Fresh mint sits between conversation as daylight slowly fades. These are the moments that shaped Palmaráe long before the first bottle was created.
Every botanical has been chosen to capture a part of that experience, creating a gin that is unmistakably bright, layered and unexpectedly smooth.

Inspired by Marrakech
Palmaráe was born from the colours, aromas and rituals of Marrakech.
Rather than recreating traditional London Dry styles, we wanted to bottle the warmth and generosity of an oasis. One where citrus feels brighter, herbs feel fresher and every evening unfolds at its own pace.
That vision became the foundation for every ingredient selected by our Master Distiller.

The Five Botanicals That Define Palmaráe
While Palmaráe is crafted from 19 individually distilled botanicals, five sit at the heart of its character. Each contributes something distinctive to the final spirit.

Best Enjoyed Neat
While Palmaráe makes exceptional cocktails, we always recommend tasting it neat first.
Without ice or dilution, the progression of flavours becomes easier to appreciate. The delicate florals arrive first, followed by bright citrus, cooling mint and the gentle richness created by the Medjool date infusion.
It's a slower way to enjoy gin, but one that reveals exactly what makes Palmaráe different.

More Than Botanicals
The botanicals tell part of the story.
The rest comes from where they lead your imagination.
To us, Palmaráe has never been about creating another gin. It has always been about capturing a place, a pace of life and the feeling that somewhere, it's always golden hour.
