This year, Palmaráe Golden Gin Premier Cru was awarded Double Gold and 97/100 at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition, one of the world’s most respected spirits competitions.

For us, the recognition means more than another award. It’s an acknowledgement of the care, craft and world we’ve been building around Palmaráe.

 

Where It All Began

Palmaráe began with Marrakech.

The warmth of late afternoon light. Orange blossom carried on the air. Fresh mint shared over conversation. Evenings that seem to unfold at their own pace.

That feeling became the starting point for a gin designed to transport you somewhere else.

Inspired by Marrakech and distilled in Cognac, Palmaráe is made with 19 individually distilled botanicals and rested with Medjool dates, creating its distinctive golden hue and rounded character. Mandarin, orange blossom, Moroccan mint and Atlas fleur de sel bring brightness, depth and complexity to the final liquid.
